I asked ChatGPT to give me the top 10 questions to get to know someone. So lets dive right in.

1 // What is your story in a nutshell?

Growing up, my parents were very strict with me getting good grades. And for the most part, I did. I excelled in almost every subject, but had little to no interest in any of them. I gravitated towards graphic design during this stage in my life as sort of an escape from the pressure and expectations. Graphic design was fun, experimental, and gave me the chance to tap into my creativity. It gave me a level of excitement that I was missing growing up. And 10+ years later, it still gives me that feeling.

2 // If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Probably Italy. I studied a lot of Italian art in college, so why not put that knowledge to use.

3 // What is your favorite movie and how has it influenced you?

I have a lot of favorites, but the movie Coraline has always stayed in the Top 3. The animation, characters, and world-building are on a whole other level. It’s magical, it’s dark, and it showed me the value behind curiosity and imagination.

4 // What’s on your bucket list?

I’m a boring person - so there is no sky-diving, swimming with sharks, or anything like that. I would love to design a book cover and see it at a Barnes & Noble.

5 // If you could have dinner with anybody, who would it be?

Satoshi Tajiri, the creator of Pokemon. The recent Pokemon generation/games have been a bit of a let-down, so I would ask him what is going on?! Or Gordon Ramsey, no explanation needed.

6 // What’s the most important life lesson you learned?

That life is not that serious. The things that stressed me out 2 years ago doesn’t really matter right now. And the things stressing me out right now probably won’t matter in the next 2 years.

7 // What’s your go-to to unwind after a long day?

There is nothing a glass of Coca-Cola, a board game, and the Hannah Montana soundtrack can’t solve.

8 // If you could have any superpower, what would you want?

I do not want any super power where I would need to be called on to save the world. That responsibility is far too much. I would probably go with having an insanely good, virtually perfect memory.

9 // What is your proudest accomplishment?

I entered an art contest in high school and won first place two years in a row. They wouldn’t let me apply for the third year, so I entered under a different name and student ID, and won again. No moment has ever surpassed that.

10 // What is your most controversial opinion?

Comic Sans is not that bad of a font. Is it a good font? No. But there are arguably worse fonts out there. If you disagree, leave me a message or email and I will tell you why you're wrong.
